How the Fee Works
When you ask for an introduction, the brokerage partner may pay us a referral fee. You pay us nothing, and the fee does not raise what the partner charges you.
No Guarantees
We cannot promise a sale price, a buyer or a closing date. Estimates come from the partner and depend on the facts of your company.
